How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Most orders take 2-7 business days to be processed before shipping. After that, delivery time depends on your location.

Will my items arrive together?

  • Some items may ship separately, and shoes will always be shipped separately from other products.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes! International shipping is available. Please note that customs fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

  • At this time, we do not accept returns. However, we handle concerns on a case-by-case basis.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

  • If you experience any issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

  • Since we produce items on demand, we don’t offer direct exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us, and we’ll work to make it right.
